Fel3000ft (Detroit)
I started doing graffiti/street art in 1982, I immersed myself in the hip-hop culture. After many years of painting in Detroit I realized the importance of my voice, artistically, and feel I could do something positive with that voice. I write my thoughts and passion for the people and the communities next to the art pieces I paint on the walls, as a positive word. My need to fight for the things that we believe, the community we live in, our friends, neighbors and families are put at the forefront of my work. This is nowhere near the end of what I have to say.
